I know you see a lot of people every day so you may not remember me. On Friday, April 3 I brought my 2007 Camry to you for an oil change and minimum 30,000 service. I also inquired about software updates to resolve shifting and acceleration issues. Your Service Department did a software update and reset learning capacity to that of a new vehicle. My Camry now runs better than it has for long as I have owned it. It now runs like Toyota intended too. And on top of that the job was completed in less than forty-five minutes.
I want to thank you and the Technician that worked on my car for a “Job Well Done.” It’s nice to feel confident that my car that it will have “power on demand” when it is needed. My wife is also very satisfied with the service she received at your facility.

Good day to you! It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you and Novina at the airport Friday, April 24th on our way to San Diego. Thank you for listening and understanding the extenuating circumstances of our recent purchase and return.
The primary purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude to the professionalism exhibited by your organization and a few of your exceptional employees. Clayton Elliott was extremely courteous and helpful in our selection of the Toyota Tundra. However, due to my husband’s previous neck injury, and the stiff ride of the Tundra, we were not able to keep the truck. My husband and I want to reassure you that this was not a negative reflection on Spirit Toyota or on Clayton Elliott, but a result of Joe’s medical condition. This was a first time experience for Joe and me as well as Clayton. Clayton Elliott and Mark Bischof’s willingness to work with us through this difficult time was exemplary. We did have to purchase our previous car back, but this expensive lesson was well worth it. Shipping vehicle out of state to Hawaii was worthwhile the effort. Spirit Toyota is Number 1 so far in Service. It gave me a thumbs up outlook on Toyota. I kind of got a grim feeling when I tried to deal with Ressler Toyota. Ressler Toyota was rude and unhelpful due that I was an out of state customer, almost went to Nissan instead . But I kept on due to Quality of Toyota vehicles .

Excellent after the Sale follow up and immediate responses to messages and inquiries.

This dealer is highly recommended by me. Excellent service, professional and courteous salesperson. I have recommended completed sales to a lot of friends who wanted diesel dodges to Dave Smith and I will recommend a lot of people to Spirit Toyota as well for Toyotas. I can't say the same for Ressler Toyota, Sorry.
